The term conjures up a world of parties at The factory, of self created superstars and paintings featuring comic strips and soup cans.
In the sixties, fashion and art came together in Andy’s Warhol studio, a place for the most outré gatherings of the day, which mixed models, actors and socialités with groupies and penniless street musicians from around the corner.
